Work experience

Ms. Cai's main practice areas include corporate restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and corporate compliance.  Ms. Cai has accumulated extensive experience in a large number of industries, such as pharmaceuticals and medical apparatus and instruments, new energy, automobile, retail, consumer goods, and production and manufacturing.  
Prior to joining in Han Kun, Ms. Cai practiced law at Shanghai Qin Li Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Cai received a Bachelor of Law degree from Tongji University in 2018.
