Work experience

Mr. Li has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since February 2022.  Since the start of his career, Mr. Li has focused on commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as cross-border dispute resolution.  He has been involved in and represented clients in various litigation and arbitration cases with foreign elements, cases related to equity transfer and repurchase, asset management, life sciences and healthcare, construction projects, derivative actions arising from enforcement, and bond misrepresentation.  He is committed to providing comprehensive dispute resolution legal services to both domestic and international clients.

Educational background

Mr. Li received his Bachelor of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2017 and his Master of Law degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020.  Mr. Li also obtained an LL.M. degree from Leiden University in 2019.
