Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Liu interned with Merits & Tree Law Offices.
Mr. Liu specializes in venture capital and private equity, cross-border and domestic mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  His legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Liu graduated with an LL.M. degree from University of International Business and Economics in 2021.  Prior to that, Mr. Liu received his bachelor of laws and bachelor of arts degrees from Shandong University in 2019.
