Ms. Sun joined the Shanghai office of Haiwen & Partners in 2018, where she provided professional services in connection with cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and general corporate matters for various domestic and overseas clients, which involved industries including commercial real estate management, beauty, metal manufacturing, logistics, transportation, internet insurance, and life sciences and healthcare. Ms. Sun joined Han Kun in 2022 and continues to engage in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, private equity investment, and general corporate matters.
