Work experience

Mr. Luo began his legal career in 2013 and joined Han Kun in 2022.
Mr. Luo, who has profound theoretical knowledge and extensive practice experience, focuses on handling commercial dispute resolution cases, especially in the fields of real estate and construction project disputes, judicial enforcement and expansion of debtors, and bankruptcy and liquidation.  Mr. Luo provides comprehensive legal services while striving to satisfy the different business needs of his clients.  Mr. Luo is able to consistently deal with various types of complex commercial dispute issues; the key clients he regularly serves are mainly at the top of their respective industries and involve real estate and construction engineering, financial, manufacturing, and other industries.

Educational background

Mr. Luo received his LL.B. degree from Shanghai University of Political Science and Law in 2013.
