Work experience

Ms. Feng focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, incorporation and corporate restructuring, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services cover legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, advising on corporate compliance matters, and conducting research on PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Feng received her Bachelor of Laws degree from Fudan Law School in 2017 and received an LL.M. degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2018.
