Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Liu practiced with Shanghai Qinli Law Firm for more than five years. Her major practice areas include corporate compliance, mergers and acquisitions, enterprise restructuring and reorganization, and real estate and foreign direct investment. She has represented international and domestic clients in structuring, negotiating, and documenting their direct investment and merger and acquisition transactions. As a core team member, Ms. Liu has also participated in several projects in connection with improving compliance systems and establishing compliance management organizations for large state-owned enterprises.
