Professionals Zihong (Isaac) Chen

Work experience

Mr. Chen joined Han Kun in 2021.  He specializes in domestic and offshore listings, restructurings and reorganizations, and venture capital and private equity financing.  His legal services include due diligence, PRC legal opinions, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, negotiations, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.  He has extensive capital markets experience in domestic and offshore IPOs and private placements.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Chen worked in Sidley Austin (Hong Kong), Zhong Lun Law Firm (Guangzhou), and Tian Yuan Law Firm (Shenzhen).

Educational background

Mr. Chen graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong with a Master of Laws degree in International Economic Law.
