Work experience

Mr. Ma specializes in aircraft finance and leasing, banking and finance, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Ma interned with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer.

Educational background

Mr. Ma obtained his master's degree in Procedure Law from Fudan University in 2022.  Prior to that, Mr. Ma graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Fudan University in 2019.
