Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Fan worked at Beijing Commerce & Finance Law Firm. Ms. Fan specializes in venture capital and private equity, including in the Internet, healthcare, and information technology industries. Her work mainly involves legal due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and drafting closing documents.
