Professionals Yifan Xu

Work experience

Ms. Xu works as a junior associate in the Commercial Dispute Resolution Department. She works on commercial dispute cases relating to private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, commercial tenancies, and international sales of goods.  She has handled cases before the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission, Shanghai International Arbitration Center, and Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received a Bachelor of Literature degree and a Bachelor of Law degree in 2018 from Renmin University of China.  In 2021, she obtained a J.D. degree from Emory University School of Law.
