Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Tong practiced law with SHU JIN Law Firm for two years and then Tian Yuan Law Firm for five years.
Ms. Tong's practice focuses on domestic and offshore listings, restructurings and reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital and private equity investment.  Mrs. Tong has extensive experience in IPOs, private placements, material assets restructurings, mergers and acquisitions in the A share market, and IPOs in the H share market.  Mrs. Tong also has represented and provided legal services to numerous investment funds, start-ups and emerging companies, and public companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters.
The clients Mrs. Tong serves are in diverse industries, covering the telecommunications, semiconductor, electronic technology, life sciences and pharmaceutical, environmental technology, and internet.

Educational background

Mrs. Tong graduated from Zhongnan University of Economics and Law with an LL.B. degree (major) and an economics degree (minor).
