Work experience

Ms. Tu specializes in private equity and venture capital, project finance, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Tu mainly provides services such as legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Tu received a Bachelor of Law degree from Tsinghua University in 2018.  In 2021, Ms. Tu obtained a Juris Doctor degree from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
