Ms. Guo specializes in venture capital investment and private equity financing, capital market transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She has provided legal services to clients in the Internet, healthcare, education, and culture and entertainment industries.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Guo worked at Tian Yuan Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Guo graduated from Jilin University in 2016 with an LL.B. degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree.  She also obtained an LL.M. degree in University College London in 2018.
