Ms. Chen focuses her practice on corporate compliance, internal investigations and regulatory response, general corporate matters, labor and employment, and foreign direct investment. She also has extensive experience in anti-commercial bribery and anti-corruption, as well as anti-unfair competition.
Ms. Chen has advised numerous multinational and domestic companies on complex legal and compliance matters. Her experience includes conducting internal investigations into commercial bribery, employee misconduct, bid-rigging, conflicts of interest, and distributor and supplier compliance; assisting clients in responding to administrative, criminal, and other regulatory investigations; conducting compliance audits and transaction-related compliance due diligence; and developing, enhancing, and localizing corporate compliance policies and programs. She also regularly advises clients on corporate governance, commercial contracts, labor and employment, investments and acquisitions, trade secret protection, regulatory and policy developments, and day-to-day business operations.
Ms. Chen serves clients across a broad range of industries and has particular experience in the medical device, pharmaceutical and life sciences, automotive, technology, consumer products, cosmetics, food and dietary supplements, and industrial manufacturing sectors.
