Work experience

Ms. Mao specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include legal due diligence, legal research, and drafting, reviewing, and translating legal documents.

Educational background

Ms. Mao graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Nanjing University in 2020.  She then obtained her LL.M. degree from University College London in 2021.
