Ms. Wan joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2021, prior to which she practiced for two years in the Silicon Valley office of King & Wood Mallesons and the Shanghai office of Zhong Lun. Ms. Wan specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, and pre-IPO restructuring. She has represented many domestic and international funds, public companies, and start-ups in various industries such as financial, semiconductor, biotechnology, energy, and clean technology, among others.
