Work experience

Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhao worked as a legal director for ROSAT (Shanghai) Film & Entertainment Co., Ltd.
Ms. Zhao specializes in copyright, film and television entertainment, new and traditional media, celebrity agency, and games and intellectual property protection, among others.  She focuses on drafting and reviewing contracts, project negotiation, dispute resolution, etc., and she has provided legal services for numerous well-known films and television and Internet shows, helping her clients with investments, production, publicity, distribution and derivatives development.  She has also provided legal services for many famous IP project transactions, authorizations, adaptations, developments and operations.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao received a Bachelor of Law degree from Tsinghua University and an LL.M. degree from the University of Chicago.
