Ms. Gu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.  Ms. Gu previously worked at Shanghai Chengming Zezheng Law Firm.

In 2017, Ms. Gu received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2020, Ms. Gu received her master's degree from Fudan University.
