Work experience

Ms. Zong specializes in private equity and venture capital investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  She has provided legal services for private equity funds in their investments and financings as well as advised a variety of companies on receiving investments from onshore and offshore investment funds.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zong worked with Llinks Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Zong received a Bachelor of Management degree in 2016 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2019, she obtained a Juris Master degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
