Work experience

Ms. Shi specializes in real estate, REITs, mergers and acquisitions, and investment and financing.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting transaction documents, reviewing transaction structures, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Shi worked in Zhonglun W&D Law Firm in Beijing.

Educational background

Ms. Shi graduated in 2018 from Nankai University, where she majored in law and minored in economics.  She also obtained a Master of Laws from Renmin University of China in 2020.
