Ms. Wang has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since August 2020, where she specializes in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, capital markets, outbound investments, and general corporate matters. She has represented many companies in different industries, such as the Internet, biotechnology and pharmaceuticals, clean technology and private education.
Prior to joining Han Kun, she worked at Global Law Office and also completed an internship with CIETAC (Shanghai).
