Work experience

Mr. Jiang began his legal career in 2020 and focuses on venture capital and private equity financing and investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Jiang practiced in the New York office of China International Capital Corporation.

Educational background

Mr. Jiang received in 2018 a Bachelor of Arts degree and Bachelor of Law degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.  He later obtained an LL.M. degree from the University of Hong Kong in 2019 and an LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia in 2020.
