Ms. Xu specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  She assists clients in due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal research, and other matters.

Educational background

Ms. Xu obtained her LL.B. degree from Wuhan University in 2020, and received her LL.M. (Corporate and Financial Services Law) degree from the National University of Singapore.
