Work experience

Mr. Ren specializes in the formation and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds.  Mr. Ren is experienced in representing state-owned enterprises and private fund managers in raising private investment funds and fund investments and operations.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Ren worked at Zhong Lun Law Firm, where he mainly practiced in the area of domestic capital markets and wealth management.

Educational background

Mr. Ren received an LL.B. degree from Shandong University and an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law.  He also received an LL.M. degree from the College of William & Mary.
