Work experience

Ms. Gong has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since August 2021.  From July 2019 to July 2021, Ms. Gong was a junior associate at Grandall Law Firm in Shenzhen.  She specializes in domestic listings, venture capital and private equity, and general corporate matters.  She is responsible for due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transactional documents, corporate compliance, etc.

Educational background

Ms. Gong received an LL.B. degree in 2017 from Renmin University.  In 2019, she obtained an LL.M. degree from City University of Hong Kong.
