Ms. Zhao focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate affairs.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhao worked at a state-owned enterprise and Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Ms. Zhao obtained an LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law, and an LL.M. degree from New York University.
