Work experience

Ms. Xu began her legal career in 2019 and focuses her practice on venture capital and private equity transactions, merger and acquisition transactions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and conducting legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Xu graduated from Zhejiang University with an LL.B. degree and graduated from University College of London (UCL) with an LL.M. degree.
