Work experience

Mr. Zhu specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Zhu practiced law with Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Mr. Zhu received his bachelor's degree in law in 2017 and master's degree in international law in 2020 from Renmin University of China.
