Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhou worked as an intern in the financial capital practice of King & Wood Mallesons.
Ms. Zhou specializes in the formation and operation of onshore and offshore investment funds and AMAC registration of private investment fund managers/filings for private investment funds.  She has participated in the formation of several RMB- and USD-denominated private funds and has assisted private equity fund managers in issuing legal opinions on registrations and major changes of private investment fund managers and reviewing legal documents for private equity funds.

Educational background

Ms. Zhou received an LL.B. degree in 2019 from the East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2021, she obtained an LL.M. degree in International Business & Economic Law from Georgetown University.
