Work experience

Ms. Jiang's practice focuses on real estate, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate financing matters.  Ms. Jiang is responsible for legal research, conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and providing legal services for asset acquisitions, equity acquisitions, real estate development, leasing operations and property management in China.

Educational background

Ms. Jiang graduated with a bachelor's degree in Law from Nanjing University in 2020, and then obtained her LL.M. degree in Corporate and Financial Services Law from the National University of Singapore in 2021.
