Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhao practiced in the capital markets department of Zhong Lun Law Firm from October 2020 to July 2021.  Ms. Zhao focuses on venture capital and private equity investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate affairs.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao received in 2019 a Bachelor of Law degree from Tsinghua University and an honorary degree from Xin Ya College, Tsinghua University.  She later obtained an LL.M. degree from Cornell University in 2020.
