Work experience

Ms. Zhao began her legal career in 2020 and focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border venture capital and private equity investment, M&A, foreign direct investment, and general corporate affairs.  She has represented clients to complete transactions in diverse industries such as the Internet, life sciences and healthcare, information technology, energy, consumer goods, and human resources.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao received in 2019 a Bachelor of Law degree from Tsinghua University and an honorary degree from Xin Ya College, Tsinghua University.  She later obtained an LL.M. degree from Cornell University in 2020.
