Mr. Pei has been working as a legal professional since 2014. Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Pei practiced law at DaHui Lawyers and also worked in a leading state-owned financial investment company, where he undertook risk and compliance management work.
At Han Kun, Mr. Pei mainly specializes in the formation and operation of private equity funds and asset management, and advises domestic and overseas clients on a variety of private equity fund-related matters, including fundraising, formation, investment, and fund operation and fund management. In addition, Mr. Pei has extensive experience with venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, as well as general corporate matters.
