Work experience

Ms. Li's main practice areas include venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Li is primarily involved in designing investment and financing transaction structures, performing legal due diligence, drafting, negotiating and finalizing relevant transaction documents, corporate compliance, and other legal services.

Educational background

Ms. Li received a Bachelor of Law degree from Tongji University and an Master of Economic Law degree from Renmin University of China.
