Work experience

Ms. Zhu specializes in civil and commercial dispute resolution, covering disputes relating to contracts, corporate, employment, and enforcement.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhu practiced law at a large-scale law firm for four years.  She has advised multiple clients of state-owned companies, transnational enterprises, top-tier internet companies, and large private enterprises on antitrust legal issues, from which she accumulated extensive legal experience.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu obtained a bachelor’s degree in English language from Nanjing University of Science and Technology in 2014 and then obtained a master's degree in law from Renmin University of China in 2017.
