Work experience

Ms. Yu's practice primarily focuses on venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services primarily include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Yu received a master's degree in Corporate and Financial Services from the National University of Singapore Faculty of Law in 2021.  Prior to that, she earned a B.A. from Nanjing University in 2020.
