Work experience

Ms. Han specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Han has provided legal services to many companies, venture capital funds and private equity funds in industries such as Internet, technology, media and telecommunications, life sciences and healthcare, and consumer products.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Han worked at Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Educational background

Ms. Han obtained a Bachelor of Law degree in 2015 from Renmin University of China.  In 2017, she obtained a Master of Law degree from Renmin University of China.
