Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Yang interned with King & Wood Mallesons.  Mr. Yang specializes in venture capital and private equity financing, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His practice covers various industries, including technology, media and telecommunications (TMT), healthcare, education, and consumer goods.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, PRC legal opinions, business negotiations, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Yang graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2017 and a Master of Laws degree in 2021.  In 2020, Mr. Yang obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from the University of Virginia.
