Professionals Yifan Ding

Work experience

Mr. Ding's practice focuses on foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  He is responsible for due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating legal documents, and legal research.  Before joining Han Kun, Mr. Ding interned with both King & Wood Mallesons and Clifford Chance.

Educational background

Mr. Ding received Bachelor of Law and Master of Law degrees from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2018 and 2021, respectively.  He also graduated with an LL.M. from the New York University School of Law in 2020.
