Work experience

Ms. Li focuses her practice primarily on private equity and venture capital investment, restructurings, and capital market transactions.  She has represented numerous famous private equity funds, venture capital funds, and start-up companies in relation to their financing, investment, and restructuring projects.  Ms. Li represents clients across diverse industries, including TMT, catering, biopharma, healthcare, and retail.

Educational background

Ms. Li graduated from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. (Bachelor of Law) degree in 2018, and from East China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.M. (Master of Law) degree in 2021.
