Work experience

Mr. Tong specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Tong obtained his master's degree in law from Fudan University in 2021.  Prior to that, Mr. Tong graduated with a B.A. degree from Fudan University and a B.A. degree from Waseda University in 2018.
