Work experience

Mr. Shi specializes in venture capital and private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, general corporate compliance matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Shi obtained his LL.B. degree from Nanjing University in 2018, and then obtained his LL.M. degree from Fudan University in 2021.
