Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in private equity and venture capital, offshore capital market, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Zhang mainly advises clients on legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, project closing, and legal research.  Ms. Zhang has advised clients in the consumer goods and retail, e-commerce, entertainment and media, medical services, industrial manufacturing, logistics, new energy and other industries.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang obtained her Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Management degree from Tsinghua University in 2018.  In 2021, Ms. Zhang obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from Tsinghua University.
