Work experience

Ms. Zhang specializes in private equity and venture capital, project finance, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Zhang mainly provides services such as legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and legal research.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhang interned with Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Zhang obtained her Bachelor of Law degree and Bachelor of Management degree from Tsinghua University in 2018.  In 2021, Ms. Zhang obtained an LL.M. degree in Commercial Law from Tsinghua University.
