Work experience

Ms. Zhu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, translation, and conducting legal research on PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Zhu received an LL.B. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2019.  She later received an LL.M. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University in 2021.
