Work experience

Mr. Gao specializes in venture capital and private equity investment, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Gao has participated in a variety of transactions in diverse industries, including TMT, healthcare, consumer goods, logistics, and manufacturing.

Educational background

Mr. Gao received an LL.B. degree from Nanjing University and obtained an LL.M. degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Fudan University.
