Work experience

Ms. Wu specializes in the formation and operation of domestic and foreign private investment funds and asset management.  Her legal services include the registration of private investment funds and fund managers, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, legal due diligence, and legal research.

Educational background

Ms. Wu received a Bachelor of Laws degree in 2019 from Southwest University of Political Science and Law and a master's degree in law in 2021 from Peking University.
