Work experience

Ms. Tang specializes in venture capital and private equity, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Tang received her master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from China University of Political Science and Law in 2020.  Prior to that, Ms. Tang graduated with a bachelor's degree in law from Southwest University of Political Science and Law in 2018.
