Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Li obtained her LL.M. from Peking University Law School in 2021.  Prior to that, Ms. Li graduated with an LL.B. from Peking University Law School in 2019, as well as a B.A. degree in economics from Peking University National School of Development.
