Professionals Jiyan Liu

Work experience

Mr. Liu specializes in competition law and corporate compliance.  His legal services include merger filings, antitrust investigations, antitrust-related dispute resolution, and corporate compliance.  Mr. Liu has long been committed to the research of antitrust and unfair competition law theory and practice.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Liu interned with a number of domestic law firms.

Educational background

Mr. Liu received a Bachelor of Law degree in 2017 from China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2021, He obtained an LL.M. degree from China University of Political Science and Law.  He also received an LL.M. degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science.
