Work experience

Ms. Liao specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Liao received her LL.M. degree from Renmin University of China in 2021.  Prior to that, Ms. Liao received an LL.B. degree from Renmin University of China in 2019.
